ITB Berlin 2026, held at Messe Berlin, brought together leading brands from across the global travel and tourism industry, all aiming to stand out in a highly competitive exhibition environment.

Every project Expo Display Studio GmbH works on is a chance to turn spaces into brand experiences. We focus on thoughtful design, precise execution, and environments that communicate clearly, no matter how small the room is or how complicated the layout is. For Flex To Go, this meant turning a corner booth into a place that was easy to see from and still looked friendly.

Overview

At ITB Berlin 2026, Flex To Go was positioned in a corner booth, creating an opportunity to engage visitors from multiple directions while maintaining a clear and composed brand presence.

The objective was to design a space that felt open, structured, and visually refined while subtly communicating the brand’s growing global footprint. Expo Display Studio GmbH delivered a booth that balanced architectural strength with warmth and storytelling.

Design Strategy & Spatial Planning

The corner layout was used to create dual-access openness. Visitors can approach and enter the booth naturally from two sides. Without the need for walls, the area remained welcoming, facilitating easy mobility and communication.

The booth stood out in the show hall due to a strong overhead fascia that could be seen from far away. As a layered architectural element, wooden battens were added to smooth out this feature that stood out.

These battens were not just thought of as structural. They had small plants built right in, which gave them structure and a sense of freshness. This made the general composition softer and warmer, adding warmth to a design that was otherwise very clean and structured.

Visual Storytelling

Backlit graphics were very important for showing the brand’s international reach. These illuminated elements created clear focal points, drawing attention to key locations around the world where Flex To Go has grown.

Lighting gave the space more depth and helped people focus, while also subtly supporting the brand story.

The stand used segmented wall panels, but the graphics were carefully lined up to keep the visual continuity, giving all areas a smooth, finished look.

Project Result and The Impact It Creates

The final booth delivered a balanced and engaging spatial experience, combining openness with a strong architectural identity.

It successfully:

  • Created a welcoming and accessible environment
